Use it in the evening and wake up glowing! The bottle lasts a long time I have read that the 1 ounce bottle will last for 5 months and that is using it twice a day. I use it when my skin needs a boost and the .34 ounce has lasted me much longer than that. The combination of Vitamin F and Retinol create wondrous results.
