Return and Refund Policies
Sellers handle shipping, returns, and customer service.
● Return Window: Accept returns within 7 days of product delivery.
● Return Conditions:
○ Product is damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
○ Item must be returned in original condition with packaging.
● Respond to return/refund requests within 24 hours.
● Share return address and refund details promptly.
● Refund must be processed within 3–5 business days after product receipt.
● Non-compliance with return handling may lead to order cancellation penalties or account review.
Yoovic handles warehousing, shipping, and returns on behalf of sellers.
● Yoovic accepts and processes buyer returns at its fulfillment centers.
● Products are inspected before approving a refund.
● Refunds are deducted from the seller’s wallet if the product was defective or incorrect.
● In case of buyer error or “change of mind” returns, seller may still be charged a return handling fee.
● High return rates due to buyer behavior (not seller fault) are monitored and Yoovic may block such buyers.
● Sellers can dispute return/refund cases via the seller dashboard within 48 hours of notice.
