Bought to help get my daughter in the right position for breastfeeding and its just right but I literally use this for allsorts.. sitting her in it when I just need to pop her down a minute.. naps next to me on the sofa.. it is perfect for a nap for you as well used as like a giant neck pillow! I used it behind me feeding sometimes since she doesn't need as much support now.. its a perfect squishiness, I may have to buy another because I keep having to move it up and downstairs everyday.
